Ceramic work is inspired by a love of Small Films, a Kent based television production company and animation Studio, founded by Oliver Posatgate and Peter Firmin. Famous for Bagpuss, The Clangers and Noggin the Nog,
Matthew's ceramic work draws on the playfulness of simple strortelling produced by Small Films that inspired generations of children from 1959 - 1980’s.
Matthew sells all ceramic works though Chapel on the Green
